Draft: Arbiter of Ash Encounter Verification Notes

Status: draft and under review. This is an encounter test plan, not a boss-kill guide.

Scope

The Arbiter of Ash is a launch research candidate because current Patch notes may affect endgame encounter behaviour. This draft does not preserve any prior version's phase sequence, damage assumption, or positioning advice.

Observation plan

1. Capture the current encounter name, entry path, and character context.
2. Record each phase transition only when it is observed, including the visible trigger and recovery result.
3. Describe attacks by their telegraph and observed outcome until official or in-game naming is confirmed.
4. Test one response at a time, with the same build state where possible.
5. Mark any phase, arena, or damage conclusion under-review when a later Patch or Hotfix changes the evidence.

What must be verified before publication

A published guide needs the correct location, entry requirements, all observed phases, tested mitigation/positioning options, and a list of what has not been tested. It must not present a single successful attempt as a universal strategy or state unobserved loot/attack details as fact.
